NGA Human Resources (NGA HR), a leading provider of payroll and HR services and software, announced today that it has been awarded a five year contract for the provision of a Human Resources Information System and ongoing HR and payroll BPO support services, for Australian Unity’s employees across Australia.
NGA HR was selected as a strategic payroll, HR and services partner for Australian Unity to help the company focus on its core business and drive their strategic HR direction, improving workplace culture and provide quality insights through defining people programs, analysing data and metrics for the organisation’s planning and performance.
The HR & payroll solution sees NGA HR’s own flagship payroll system Preceda integrated with SuccessFactors industry leading Employee Central (Core HR), Talent Management and Workforce Analytics solutions, all delivered through NGA’s BPO partnership with SAP SuccessFactors.
